Our return policy is set at 30 days.
All products must be unused/not worn and in the original packaging with any original tags. Receipts or proof of purchase is required.
Contact us at questions@d3portabledisplays.com to begin the return process. Once the return request is accepted, we will send instructions on where to send the items as well as a shipping label. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package(s). No returns will be accepted without previous authorization by D3 Portable Displays.

Damages and issues
All deliveries must be inspected upon reception. Note any visible damage on the packaging immediately before acceptance. If you receive the wrong item or the item is damaged, please contact us within 2 business days so that we can evaluate options and ensure your satisfaction.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be accepted as long as the returned item meets the qualifications as stated in refund policy. The returned items are subject to the 15% restocking fee. In order to get the new item as quickly as possible, D3 Portable Displays recommends ordering the new product once the return of the initial item is approved. Once the initial item is received by D3 Portable Displays, a refund for that item will be given as discussed in the refunds section of this policy.
Refunds
Once D3 Portable Displays receives your item(s) return, we will inspect said item(s) and will notify with an approval or disapproval. Once approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method minus the 15% restocking fee. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your payment source's statement.
